4 miles and a dog park trip

Zeke and I mostly took last week off from running. We are back on track this week. I ran once at the track for a speed workout & once on my lunch break at work. Today Zeke and I did 2 miles to the dog park where he played for 45 mins & then ran the 2 miles back home. He sure lags on the return trip!
